Anil Rawat
Chef Anil Rawat is a seasoned culinary maestro specializing in the art of Indian cuisine. With a remarkable career spanning several years, he embarked on his culinary journey in India back in 2004, where he first fell in love with the rich and diverse flavors of Indian food. In 2007, Chef Rawat set his sights on Germany, further expanding his culinary horizons and embracing the fusion of cultures that define his cooking style today. In 2011, he made a momentous move to Canada, bringing his extensive experience and passion for Indian cuisine to a new audience.
Building on his diverse culinary adventures, Chef Anil Rawat eventually realized his dream by opening his own restaurant, where he continues to delight patrons with his exquisite dishes that blend tradition with innovation, all born from years of dedication and exploration in the world of gastronomy.
Surinder Singh
Chef Surinder Singh is a culinary virtuoso with an impressive career spanning over two decades, primarily in the world of Indian cuisine. Beginning his journey in the culinary arts in India, he honed his skills and mastered the intricate flavors and techniques that define this beloved cuisine. His passion for cooking led him to Singapore, where he continued to refine his craft, adding diverse influences to his repertoire. In 2007, Chef Surinder made a significant move to Canada, bringing his wealth of experience and culinary expertise with him.
It wasn’t long before he decided to share his culinary artistry with the world by opening his own restaurant, a testament to his dedication and commitment to delivering exquisite Indian dishes that captivate the taste buds of all who dine there.
